"Due to an unforeseen system error the redemption codes for the Tori Amos iTunes / Ticketmaster UK promotion were not delivered to recipients on Friday 22nd May as promised. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Redemption codes were sent to all recipients on Tuesday 26th May. Additional tickets have been made available to the promotion to ensure that customers who didn’t receive their codes until 26th May have ample access to pre-sale tickets.”
